On 1st August 1990, FOCUS was born, comprising of a fully independent insurance brokerage and financial advisory arm. In July 2017, a successful and amicable management buyout led to the formation of FOCUS Oxford Risk Management Ltd.

Today, FOCUS is a truly independent insurance intermediary providing the full range of services to our extensive client base of both businesses and private individuals.

Trading for over 40 years we were originally based in the Spa Town of Harrogate before moving to Guiseley in 1986.

Rigton Insurance Services Ltd was established in 1974, and became part of PIB Group in August 2020. The team specialises in providing niche products to the transport industry including bus and coach insurance, schemes within Classic Preserved Bus, Heritage and Narrow-Gauge Railway as well as the Model Retailers and Manufacturers sector.
