Basingstoke
Basingstoke is a town located on the M3 between London and Winchester. It is in the northeast of Hampshire, approximately 50 miles from London.

Basingstoke has been home to a variety of great novelists, actors, artists and commentators including John Arlott (cricket journalist and commentator), Elizabeth Hurley (actress and model), Jane Austen (author), and Lawrence Ambrose Brown, former Bishop of Birmingham.

Basingstoke is also well-known for ‘Basingstoke live’, the UK’s largest free music festival.

A key feature of Basildon’s skyline is the 85 meter high Skyline Plaza, which is the tallest building to be found in a straight line between London and New York.

Neighbouring towns to Basingstoke include, Basing only (2km) and Odiham (9km).
